Beyond Startup: Building Your Ideal Customer Blueprint

OVERVIEW:
Struggling to land enough of the right customers? Many entrepreneurs lose time with prospects who stall, delay, lack urgency, or cannot afford the solution. In this hands-on workshop, participants build an Ideal Customer Blueprint by identifying customer traits, buying triggers, decision patterns, and differentiators. Leave with a practical tool to improve marketing, networking, referrals, and customer acquisition.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Vic Ing is a business consultant, sales trainer, author, and founder of Viking Sales Consultants. For more than thirty years, he has built, led, and supported revenue-generating teams in a variety of sales, leadership, and business development roles, and through Viking Sales Consultants has helped entrepreneurs, business owners, and sales professionals improve business development, strengthen customer relationships, and create sustainable growth. He is the author of Selling Is Easy (If You Know the Rules) and has facilitated hundreds of workshops, coaching engagements, and strategic planning sessions throughout Northeast Ohio.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
