Beyond Romance: A Love & Friendship Workshop by Beyond the Bouquet

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be just about romance.

Inspired by the Latin American tradition of El Día del Amor y la Amistad, this Beyond the Bouquet workshop celebrates love in all its forms — friendship, self-love, gratitude, and connection.

Guests will create a floral piece with intention: for a friend, a partner, a family member, or yourself.

Our Tasting & Making workshops are designed for all levels. Throughout the session, you’ll enjoy a curated selection of wines while creating your own floral piece.

For this special workshop, we’ll begin by setting an intention — choosing who your arrangement is for, whether a friend, a loved one, or yourself. You’ll then work from a rainbow of seasonal flowers, moving beyond traditional reds to create something personal, expressive, and entirely your own.

The event will be held in the Jeroboams Chelsea Kings Road Tasting Room, which we’ll have exclusively for the afternoon. We’ll begin with a welcome glass as an apéritif, roll up our sleeves to start crafting, pause for an interlude with a second wine, and finish with a celebratory toast and a final wine. It’s relaxed, hands-on, and completely social.

• A guided tasting of three wines (still or sparking, or both), in a dedicated tasting-room environment.
• The making of a posy using seasonal florals — mostly UK-grown or foraged (all tools and materials provided; all compostable and plastic-free).
• A carrier bag to take your creation home.
• 10% off all wines purchased on the day.
