BEYOND RESIDENTIAL SERIES

Wealth Development Network (Vancouver, BC) is hosting a powerful new series of real estate investing sessions, and workshops in 2023. It was great to see everyone at our last event, tickets sold out again and the new venue was excellent for the group.

The meetups provide educational and networking opportunities for investors who already have, or are interested in adding commercial real estate to their portfolio.

Participants are encouraged to already own one or more residential or commercial properties, or be an accredited investor. Existing skills, education, or experience with real-estate and business concepts is recommended.

This event will focus on a high level introduction to how Derek built his real estate empire starting in residential and growing to include commercial as part of his portfolio. There will also be professional networking and opportunity for Q&A.

How to get there

Driving: Take highway 1 into downtown via the Georgia viaduct, continue and turn left on Homer st. Turn right on Davie st and the venue will be on the right after 1.5km. Metered parking is available on Davie st, underground parking is available in the alley off Davie and Bidwell.

Transit: Take skytrain to Burrard station, at Bay 1 board the #5 Bus Robson to Denman St @ Pendrell. Walk 2 minutes to 1755 Davie St.

This location is in the English Bay/West End neighborhood in Vancouver.
