Megan Pawlak is the founder of Benandanti Consulting, where she works with growth-stage founders and leadership teams on the business problem underneath the people problem; the structural clarity, leadership alignment, and hiring discipline that lets a company hold together when the pressure compounds.

She has spent years inside enough organizations to know where things actually break, and what it takes to lead through them.
