There will be strictly 16 spots available for this event.
Event Essentials:
● Your army
● dice , tape measure and other gaming equipment
● Printed rules references
● Glue for repair
Rounds and Format: This will be a 3 round event
Schedule:
Event entry and brief – 8:00am
Round 1 – 8:30am to 11:30pm
Lunch – 11:30pm to 12:15pm
Round 2 – 12:15pm to 15:15pm
Round 3 – 15:30pm to 18:30pm
” Awards –
18:30pm onwards
Round 4 Top Cut, the top 2 ranked players at the end of round 3 will then have 2 weeks post event to
player a decider game for 1st place and 2nd place
Players must submit their roster by: midnight the 10th of May through the BCP link found on
the facebook event.
Miniature Requirements:
Miniatures must be painted to a battle ready standard (fully base coated minimum) if you are unsure
please contact us for a check. Miniatures not to standard will be removed , WYSIWYG is preferred but
flexible on request with the TO.
Awards, Will be broken up into the following
Sportsmanship: Voted for at the end of the day by your peers, 1st place will receive a $50 instore
voucher
Painting: initially judged based but peer bases assuming there are more then 4 fully painted armies.$50

Generalship: the player with the highest round score followed by VP score will win Generalship. First
place will receive a $150 store voucher, 2nd and 3rd place will each receive a $50 voucher each
*The following is a draft of what will be run over the course of the year for our end of year series.
Expect small changes and refinement before the 24th of feb and round 1 of the series. The
RUBICON: For 2024 all Beyond events labeled “Competitive series” will contribute to a year long league.
The winner of said league will receive a $300 voucher with the top 8 receiving free invites to “The
Rubicon GT in early November.
