On Friday 17th October, the Firepit Gallery in Greenwich becomes a hub of connection, learning, and inspiration. From walking in nature to hormone health, nutrition, and fashion confidence, this intimate day will help you embrace midlife with fresh energy and style.

• 11am – Don’t Sweat It! Walk – The Art Route: Connect with nature, movement, and conversation on this inspiring guided walk
• 12.30pm – HRT & Hormone Expert Talk: Learn from the experts about Hormone Replacement Therapy and your options for balance & wellbeing
• 2pm – Bolder Not Older with Nicky Hambleton-Jones: TV personality, Channel 4’s 10 Years Younger host & Platinum Magazine fashion director shares how to own your style at any age
• 3.30pm – Fool Proof Your Hormones with Nutrition: Discover how food choices can support your body, mind, and hormone health
• 5pm – Somatic Relaxation & Calming: Gentle, restorative practice to soothe your nervous system and reset your energy a perfect way to end our amazing day
