I am so excited to be hosting a weekly conscious dance at my new house in Smyrna! Dancing in community has been incredibly life changing for my personal growth and self acceptance/self love. I've been dancing the 5 Rhythms and Ecstatic dance for the last 12 years and feel called to create a more consistent weekly dance for our community! I also incorporate vocal toning and singing to help you dive deeper into the musical experience :) I plan on starting the dance at 8pm sharp, so plan to arrive by 7:45pm so that we can set the space and create intentions for our co creation :)
We will also leave 10 minutes at the end for integration and deeper connection.
Some guidelines for creating a safe container:
**Emotional release is WELCOME- be as you are without judgement
**There are no right or wrong ways to move- this is about embodiment and allowing our bodies to be inspired by the music
**Please be mindful of being inclusive and and accepting of all people in our community- everyone belongs.
