Using the ancient rhythm of shamanic drumming to alter consciousness and guide the way, we will journey into the ether to meet the beings who walk with you. This isn’t just a meditation, it is a direct encounter.

You will enter a safe, grounded space held by trained practitioners to journey to your inner temple using shamanic techniques. Meet and receive a message from one of your personal spirit guides and return with a tangible feeling of support and clarity for your path.

We will remain in circle to share and integrate this deeply personal experience. Feel free to bring a journal to document your experience for further reflection in the future. 

Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are available but in limited supply so feel free to bring your own - be as comfy as you want to be as this will support your ability to venture beyond the 3D realm.
