Sometimes when we’re hurt, we brush it off with a quick “I don’t care.” But deep down, the pain lingers — unspoken, unhealed, and shaping how we move through life. This Friday night gathering is an open space to look honestly at the weight we carry and the possibility of moving beyond indifference toward healing.

As Rafiki reminds us in The Lion King: “The past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it.” And as another story puts it, “Our scars remind us that the past was real.”
