Beyond Heartbreak: From grief to growth workshop

Heartbreak and grief aren’t simple emotions, they are complex, messy, and deeply human experiences. Whether you’re facing the loss of someone you love, the end of a relationship, or the disorientation of big life changes, this space is here to remind you that your feelings are valid, and healing takes time.

This workshop isn’t about rushing to “feel better” or pretending pain makes us stronger overnight. Instead, it’s about giving yourself permission to feel, while learning real practices to calm your body, soothe your mind, and begin moving forward in your own time. It’s a safe and welcoming space for everyone because heartbreak touches us all.

What You’ll Gain:

• A clear understanding of what heartbreak and grief really are and how they affect both body and mind

• Gentle guidance through the stages of grief, with validation that the process isn’t linear

• Practical tools to regulate your nervous system and ground yourself during overwhelming moments
