The Confident Networking Masterclass & Workshop is a hands-on, interactive workshop designed to teach you how to confidently walk into a room, communicate what you do, create conversations people actually remember, and turn those conversations into connections that last beyond the event.

This is NOT four hours of sitting in a chair listening to someone tell you to “put yourself out there.”

You're going to learn it. Practice it. And use it.

You'll learn how to:

• Confidently approach people and start conversations
• Answer “What do you do?” without rambling or reciting a boring elevator pitch
• Clearly communicate who you help and why your work matters
• Use short, intentional stories to make yourself and your business memorable
• Ask better questions that move conversations beyond surface-level small talk
• Talk about your business without feeling like you're pitching
• Recognize potential clients, referral partners, collaborators and valuable connections
• Confidently end conversations without the awkward escape
• Follow up in a way that actually continues the relationship

And you're going to practice it in the room.

We'll start the day by networking exactly as you normally would.

Then Vienna Corbett & Jason Wong will break down the psychology, confidence, communication and storytelling behind memorable networking.

Drawing from storytelling principles taught by Matthew Pollard, you'll learn how to identify stories from your own experiences that demonstrate what you do instead of simply explaining it.

Then we're getting out of our seats.

You'll practice your introduction.

You'll tell your stories.

You'll start conversations with different people.

You'll receive feedback.

You'll adjust.

And you'll try again.

At the end of the workshop, we'll network one more time — except this time, you'll walk into those conversations with an entirely different set of tools.
