Join us for the 2026 Beyond Boss Girls' Night Out, an evening of connection, community, and giving back.
This year's event benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through Nicole Burlbaugh's 50 Finest Campaign. As a 2026 50 Finest Honoree, Nicole is raising funds and awareness to support the mission of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis while improving the lives of those living with the disease.
Your ticket includes:
- Pizza from No Horns Pizza
- Drinks throughout the evening
- Personality portraits by Taylor Ollason
- Networking and connection with incredible women from across the Pittsburgh community - dance if you're feeling it
- A candid panel discussion featuring local women (panel TBA!) sharing their experiences with ambition, career pivots, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and building a life on their own terms
Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy:
- Tiny tattoos from Enhanced Beauty Bar (20% of proceeds donated)
- Permanent jewelry from Alexandra Ann Marie (20% of proceeds donated)
- Additional fundraising opportunities throughout the evening

Info: We'll kick off the evening with check-in, drinks, pizza from No Horns Pizza, and plenty of time to connect with fellow attendees. Guests are encouraged to mingle, meet new people, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while supporting a great cause. Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy complimentary personality portraits by Taylor Ollason, permanent jewelry from Alexandra Ann Marie, and tiny tattoos from Enhanced Beauty Bar. Both vendors will be donating 20% of proceeds back to the fundraiser, creating even more opportunities to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation while treating yourself.

Info: We'll wrap up the evening with final thank-yous, last fundraising opportunities, and time for attendees to continue conversations, dance a little, make new connections, and enjoy the final moments of Girls' Night Out before the event concludes at 8:00 PM.
