BEYOND - An Immersive Journey Through Breath, Sound & Energy

Join us for a transformative 3-hour workshop that takes you BEYOND the physical practice, into the subtleties of the energetic body. Nina and Gea invite you on a journey that weaves together ancient yogic practices with deep somatic awareness, creating space for profound healing and integration.

This immersive evening opens with meditation and japa mala to ground and center, before moving into cleansing kriya and pranayama practices that purify the energetic channels and awaken your life force. Surrender into a restorative sound healing journey, allowing vibrations to wash through you, before closing with the uplifting practice of mantra chanting and kirtan.

Throughout this workshop, we'll be tending to the energetic body with breath, mind, heart, and sound, honouring the subtle wisdom that lives beneath the surface.

☕️ We'll close with integration time over chai, creating space for community connection and reflection.

This workshop is perfect for anyone feeling called to deepen their practice, explore the yogic subtle body, or simply create space for rest and renewal. No previous experience with meditation, pranayama, or chanting is required, just an open heart and curious mind.
