Between the Lines is a self-help book club for anyone who enjoys thoughtful reading and real conversation. Open to therapists and non-therapists, this group is meant to feel relaxed, welcoming, and low pressure.
For our next meeting, we’ll be reading Big Trust: Rewire Self-Doubt, Find Your Confidence and Fuel Success by Fayçal Sekkouah and Shadé Zahrai. This book explores trust, self-belief, and how we build confidence in ourselves and our decisions. You don’t need to have the book finished to attend. The focus is conversation, reflection, and what feels most relevant to real life.
Expect a calm space, good discussion, and meaningful connection. Come as you are.
