A casual conversation among Chinese American filmmakers on Chinese in the American South
About this Event

Join us for a casual conversation among Chinese American film producers Baldwin Chiu and Larissa Lam (Far East Deep South) and Crystal Kwok (Blurring the Color Line), with moderators Jerome Paige, a D.C. historian and policy analyst, and Ted Gong, Executive Director of 1882 Foundation.

This is a hybrid in-person and Zoom event combining documentary clips and open discussion about personal search, discovering heritage, and establishing place for Chinese Americans in a segregated nation.

Free and open for all to participate. Limited seating available for in-person attendance; COVID precautions will be observed. Virtual attendees will receive the Zoom meeting information prior to the event.
