Better Together: A Couples’ Workshop to Build Closer, Happier Relationships

This interactive workshop is designed to help couples break negative patterns, strengthen connection, and create new habits that nurture love.

We’ll explore:

• The Pain Cycle: Learn how unspoken needs and repeated misunderstandings can trap couples in conflict — and how to replace reaction with connection.
• Four Horsemen of Relatiosnhips: Identify the patterns that erode intimacy, such as criticism, defensiveness, stonewalling, and contempt, and discover how to stop them before they damage your relationship.
• Gottman & Rapport Skills: Practice proven tools from John Gottman’s research — like turning toward your partner, building fondness and admiration, and deepening friendship — to strengthen your foundation.
• The Stress-Reducing Conversation: Discover how to support each other through daily stress without turning it into conflict, creating safety and care in your relationship.
• The State of the Union: Learn how to hold regular “relationship check-ins” that keep your bond healthy and prevent small issues from becoming big ones.
• Active Listening Skills: Practice listening with empathy and understanding so your partner feels truly heard and valued — even in moments of disagreement.
