No pretending feeding a baby is simple.This class is for families who want to know what feeding a baby is actually like.

Yes, we’ll cover the basics — positioning, latching, milk production, feeding cues — but we’re also diving into the real-life stuff no one warned you about:

• Bottles & pumping

• Formula & combo feeding

• Pacifiers• Returning to work

• Troubleshooting when things don’t go as planned

• How partners can actually help

This is practical, up-to-date, evidence-based support — taught with deep respect for your intuition and your goals. When should you take it? We recommend attending around 30 weeks of pregnancy (give or take a few weeks) — close enough to feel real, with plenty of time to prepare.
