Our Better Business Network events have been designed to assist businesses like yours to grow and develop despite the economic challenges that face us all.

The event will be hosted by Victoria Moulds and there will be a topical presentation each month. There will also be a number of guest speakers over the months. These events are a great opportunity to learn practical tips and gain ideas to assist your business. You will also meet like-minded business owners and entrepreneurs and make connections within the area.

About this event: Phone lines and the internet are the lifeblood of many small businesses so understanding what lies ahead in telecoms is essential in keeping your business running. Learn the answers to key questions such as: How will I move to the new network? How much will it cost? Can I keep my existing phone numbers? And will I need new phones?

Ross Knapman from Deep Blue Telecom will put your mind at rest on the process of change for a seamless transition.

What you will get out of this workshop: In 2025, the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) is being switched off by BT Openreach. This means everyone, including businesses and residential, currently using PSTN-based services, will need to make the transition to the new ALL IP Network before then. Deep Blue Telecom MD, Ross Knapman will guide you through the background to this change, the timetable of events leading up to the big switch off and put your mind at rest to ensure your existing services are not disrupted as you future-proof your Telecoms and IT. And all in plain English!!!
