Event will be located on the Lower Level- NEX Parking Lot at NSA Bethesda. FREE EVENT! Car Trunk Decorating Contest, Costume Contest, Lots of Candy, Outdoor Movie, Face Painting, Haunted House and MORE!
Registration to attend event is not required.
Registration for entering your car trunk is required.
