This year, Bethel’s Summer Sunday School stars with the popular coffee fellowship at 9 am, June 7, in the gym. We’ll gather from 9 to 9:30 am, then promptly move at 9:30 to classes. Three more coffee fellowships are already scheduled for Sundays June 21, July 26 and August 30. Over the summer, Bethel’s Sunday School offers three adult class options and age-appropriate classes for young people.
Evangelism
Jon Trusty invites you to a four-week evangelism class in the Lounge. Beginning June 7, he will lead The Case for Evangelism: The Mandate, Method and Message, concluding Sunday, June 28.
R.C. Sproul Video
Join Rich Krysinski as he continues where last summer’s sessions ended with R.C. Sproul’s Bible overview, From Dust to Glory This class begins Sunday, July 12, and runs through Sunday, August 30, in the Lounge.
Ladies Sunday School
Major Lessons from the Minor Prophets is a video overview by Pastor Cary Green. Jo Chabi and Jody Krysinski will lead the discussions for ladies beginning June 7 in the Library.
For Young People
Young people from kindergarten through high school and beyond will gather at the same time for the following age-appropriate Sunday sessions:
Pastor Cosand, along with the teens, will explore Paul's letter to the church in Ephesus and meet on the stage. The book of Ephesians describes God as the One "who works all things after the counsel of His will" (Ephesians 1:11). The class will discover the indescribable glories of God's salvation in Christ and see how it affects every facet of life.
Kindergarten through 6th grade will be taught by Jeremy Runyon in the downstairs classroom. He will continue teaching a four-year plan, Journey Through the Bible, covering Genesis through Revelation as it points to God’s plan of redemption throughout history.
