About the Lecture
Best Practices in Entrepreneurship Education within the German Leibniz Association

Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important in scientific institutions, especially in the context of the Leibniz Association. This presentation shows how entrepreneurial thinking and action can be promoted in order to successfully transfer research results into practice. Based on best practices, in particular from the INP Greifswald, strategies for supporting spin-offs and innovation projects are presented. In addition, the role of human resource development as a decisive factor for a sustainable innovation culture will be highlighted. Finally, some challenges and solutions will be presented to further strengthen knowledge transfer and the start-up culture in research institutions.
