HAPI and the Hawaii Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) are jointly organizing the annual and popular Best Practices for Asphalt Pavements – The Next Level workshops.

Speaker: Jarrett Welch, Quality Paving Consultants

Who Should Attend? Government agencies, contractors, engineers, and construction managers wanting to gain a "next level" understanding of how to construct a quality asphalt pavement.

In this workshop, you are the inspector at a paving project site. The attendees will watch a short (1-2 minutes) video of various paving situations. A discussion lead by the Mr. Welch will follow.
