The Academy of Music Theatre and New England Public Media are excited to celebrate the tenth season of Best of the Valley Voices Story Slam. Held at the Academy of Music Theatre, this event will showcase the top three stories selected from the four Valley Voices Story Slams held over the past year. Local storytellers will take the stage to compete for the prestigious title of Best of Valley Voices, presenting compelling and engaging first-person accounts in an evening of exceptional storytelling.
Join us for a night of outrageous, hilarious, and heartwarming true stories, all told in just five minutes by your friends and neighbors from across the valley. The audience chooses the winner, and a new storytelling star will shine! Grab a friend and settle in for an evening of fantastic entertainment.
Tickets for the general public are priced at $22.00 ($27.43 after fees) and can be purchased online, in person, or over the phone. In addition, the event is participating in the Card to Culture Program, offering 10 discounted tickets at $10 each for patrons with a valid EBT, WIC, or ConnectorCare card.
