Best of Friends for 20years Celebration event

On Saturday 27 June, you are invited to join our 'Best of Friends' celebration day marking the 20th anniversary of the Friends of Foots Cray Meadows (FFCM) volunteer group.
We will be setting up a party hub, including gazebos, close to Five Arches Bridge on the south side of the River Cray. You can meet FFCM committee members and our guests, put forward suggestions or discuss issues related to the meadows. Or you can just enjoy a little of bit of hospitality. There will be tea and cakes, an ice cream van and chances to win prizes.
You can take part in self-guided trails on the meadows featuring two options – one aimed for teams of children aged under 11 years old (must be accompanied by an adult) or one for teams of people aged from 11 to adult. The posters below provide some more information and trail maps will be available on the day.
In the main gazebo will be a presentation across numerous display boards charting the 20 years of the
FFCM along with an optional quiz based on this information with prizes on offer.
The event is free, open to all whether you are member of FFCM or not, and runs from 11am to 3pm.
