Celebrate local filmmaking and the participants of the Hampton Roads 48 Hour Film Project 2026!
23 filmmakers made a short film in a mere 48 hours the weekend of July 31 - August 2, 2026. The Best Of & Awards Ceremony features the Top Ten films and is immediately followed by the Awards Ceremony. Award categories include Best Actor/Actress, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Audience Favorites and Best Film.
Which films have been chosen to be in the Top Ten is not announced in advance. You have to be there to find out! Also, all qualifying films are eligible for awards, not just films selected to be in the top 10. So come out to the most fun film networking event of the year and celebrate our local filmmakers!
Dress up, because it's fun! Doors open at 6:30pm. Event begins at 7:00pm. Tickets are $15.
The 2026 Wrap Party immediately follows at The Public House two blocks down from The Naro.
