This class covers the basics and a few tips on the fundamentals of a perfect backyard brisket. Learn how to trim, season, the stall and how to cut a brisket.
NOTE: No brisket will be smoked during the class. But participants will see how to trim a brisket and get to taste it at the end of the demo.
