🌾 Besoms Blooms: A Fall Workshop at Fox & Folly Farm
August has been nothing short of magical here on the farm! Between surprise bouquets, pop-up giggles, and Foxy’s dramatic flair, we’ve welcomed new faces, shared belly laughs, and watched strangers become farm friends. The fields may be winding down, but the spirit of community is in full bloom—and we’re ready to celebrate it with everything fall inspired, from moody colored flowers to pumpkin spice and everything in between!
This season also brought an unexpected twist—a health scare that reminded me how fragile and miraculous life can be. What began in worry ended in gratitude, an answered prayer wrapped in grace. It’s been a powerful reminder to pause, reflect, and recharge. There’s beauty in stepping back, in letting the soil (and the soul) rest, and in honoring the quiet spaces where healing and creativity take root.
So, here is to living life to it’s fullest with an exciting new announcement!
On Saturday, September 27th at 10 AM, we’re gathering kindred spirits for a morning of dried flower crafting, storytelling, and fall-inspired joy.
You’ll choose between creating a witch’s besom (a charming broom steeped in tradition) or a seasonal wreath—each one made with dried blooms harvested right here on the farm. Whether you lean mystical or botanical, you’ll leave with something uniquely you.
We’ll sip, snack, and swap stories while you learn the art of arranging dried stems with intention and flair. Think crunchy textures, earthy colors, and a sprinkle of mischief. Foxy may even make a cameo, offering her usual side-eye approval.
