Kimberley Bailey Neff
Paster Kimberley Neff and her husband Pastor J.C Neff are pastors at Faith Outreach Family Church in Terre Haute IN. Pastor Kimberley is a 1995 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center. Also, a 2017 Cornerstone Word of Life School of Ministry graduate in Madison AL, where she also served as the school administrator until June 2022. Kimberley is the founder/president of Bunker Military Outreach Ministries. Pastor Kimberley is a anointed preacher of the gospel with a emphasis on the authority of the believer we are in him, doctrine of laying on of hands, running your grace race and helping women live healthy and lives in God.
