Sport has the power to bring people together.

It builds confidence, creates community and gives people a sense of identity and belonging. But for many LGBTQIA+ Australians, sport has also been a place where they have felt pressure to hide who they are, stay quiet or question whether they truly belong.

Thankfully, that's changing.

As part of Pride Month, BERO TALKS presents Fit 'N' Proud, a special community conversation exploring LGBTQIA+ identity, visibility and inclusion in Australian sport.

Presented in partnership with Pride in Sport, this live panel brings together athletes, advocates and community leaders to discuss the progress that's been made, the challenges that remain and what real inclusion looks like both on and off the field.

Expect honest stories, lived experiences, audience questions and meaningful conversations about representation, resilience, leadership and belonging.
