Night two of Whiskey Tampa Foxtrot 2025 features a rare opportunity to spend the evening with Freddie Johnson, third-generation Buffalo Trace employee and legendary Distillery VIP Visitor Lead. Set in the classic Bordeaux Room at Bern’s Steak House, this private Sazerac whiskey dinner will highlight some of the most sought-after spirits in the portfolio.
The whiskies will be paired with a multi-course menu created by Executive Chef Chad Johnson, Chef de Cuisine Brent Hunt, and Pastry Chef Hannah Thomas, designed to complement the depth and character of each whiskey.
