Bernard E. Sandoval
Bernard Sandoval is a painter, sculptor, and mixed-media artist whose work has appeared in galleries and one-man shows throughout the southwest. His métier – defined by bold lines, insistent colors, and lyrical subject matter – derives its originality from his cultural roots which are firmly fixed in the iron-red soil of New Mexico.
Sandoval studied fine art and graphic design at Eastern New Mexico University. Later, he went out to paint at the Bemis School of Art, an academic offshoot of the famed Broadmoor Art Academy. Today, his work can be found in both corporate and private collections throughout the United States. Sandoval also founded SANDIA Advertising in 1999, an award-winning full-service creative agency based in Colorado Springs.
All events and other offerings are included with the purchase of a general admission ticket to the museum.
