Berliner Opportune presents December 9!
About this Event
Welcome to December 9, a new performance by the Berliner Opportune Choir!
We've been finding new ways to bring our voices together. Now we're ready - and more than excited - to share what we've created with you. We step onto the stage with love, commitment, sincerity, and dedication to share our passion for singing with you for the second time.
Save the date: December 9, 2026, at 8:00 pm @Gretchen, Berlin. Doors open at 7:00 pm.
Who is Berliner Opportune?
Berliner Opportune is an intercultural vocal ensemble based in Berlin. The ensemble brings together passionate singers engaged in a sustained artistic process centered on voice, presence, connection, and collective expression.
How is the ticket price determined?
The ticket price is set to help cover the costs of putting on the concert, including the venue, technical production, and security, while also supporting the ensemble's ongoing artistic work.
Is it possible to take photos or videos at the performance venue?
No. This is a phone-free, offline performance. We want to create a space in which the audience can be fully present with the singers and the performance. We therefore ask everyone attending not to take photos or videos during the concert and to keep their phones away throughout the performance.
This rule is an integral part of the artistic framework of the show and applies to everyone without exception.
I am sensitive to flashing lights. Is there anything I should be aware of?
Lighting effects and potentially strobe lighting may be used at certain moments during the performance. These effects can be intense for people who are sensitive to flashing lights.
Please take this into consideration before attending the performance.
How does the timing look?
Doors open at 7:00 pm. The performance starts at 8:00 pm. Please note that entry will no longer be possible after 8:00 pm, so make sure to arrive before the performance begins.
We are looking forward to sharing our collective energy, unyielding voices, and powerful harmonies with you!
