Dance is a physical response to the sensations music provides. Pulsation, vibration, emotion are felt on our skin, through sound, and in our bodies.Our ability to move freely, to respond, to express is variable to the state of our physical being and mind/body connection.
When we free our body, clear our mind, and connect the flow between we are able to respond to the music intuitively and organically. We remove the blockages that hinder our ability to process, communicate, and share.
In this 4 day workshop we will spend quality time nurturing and working with our bodies, developing sensitivity, awareness, and possibility.
