BERLIN ENCUENTRO MILONGUERO, is much more than just a meeting to dance.
BEM is born from the heart, to share with friends, with the people who make us feel good and to whom we make feel good. Our group gets bigger, perhaps, because the “embrace of tango” allows us to discover those people who vibrate like us, even without saying words, they become part of us, and of our regular need to meet and enjoy.
We are not looking to organize just an “event“, our target is to organize our “Encuentro”, which you cannot miss, we want it to be the “must date” that is on your agenda every year because it begins to be part of the necessaries moments to share in our life.
The milonga is “milonga” when it is shared and celebrated with friends.

FULL TANGO WEEKEND!!!
More than 35 hours of Milongas and Surprises. In an incredible ballroom, with an excellent location.
We will have access to our own terrace, directly to the Spree river and in front of us, we will see the
mythical “Berlin Wall” and the Mercedes Arena, we will be in the tourist center of Berlin. A privileged
place in the city, sharing with friends, passionate about tango, with a good level of dance, willing to
share with everyone in a warm embrace. We will have the honor of dancing with the music of tango
DJs with great experience, who were not born yesterday in the industry, they know what they are
doing.
We will have our typical Pizza Party, infusions, coffee, and cakes, fruits and obviously our
“Cumparsita café con leche and croissants” at 3 am, when the surprises will begin…
Our Sicilian friend Gaspare Martinez and his team will delight us with incredible sweet things like Ice Cream and Cannoli of the best quality, with products imported from Italy for our event and prepared at the moment for us with a lot of love.
Our incredible after party with friendly artists begins when the dance ends, at 3am with high-level singers like Carlos Roulet, Sebastian Vera, and with a few drinks I dare to sing too! Guillermo Monti, accompanied by Gabriel Battaglia on guitar and Tomas Diaz on Bandoneon. Surely we will also have Folklore with professional dancers like Chucky and some other friends.
150 euros 19% taxes included will be the price we will pay to enjoy an unforgettable weekend. We promise you that it
will be that incredible again.
In our experience, we receive a big number of registrations, really much more that we can manage
and accept, due to a capacity issue, and because we are looking for something cosi and intimate.

In order to maintain gender balance, registration is mandatory with dance partner.
“Que viva el tango”
It was definitely hard to find a name for this event. For me, it is not a tango marathon, even I don’t know exactly what a Encuentro Milonguero means, because in my country neither of the two options exist. But, what we want to have in Berlin, is a Meeting or Encuentro (as its word says) of milongueros, but, above all, a meeting of milonguero friends in Berlin, and this would be exactly the definition of the event.
In this meeting we have some very strict rules to comply with and they are:
⦁ Enjoy with friends until the sun rises, to go to rest and come back to enjoy with friends and tango.
⦁ Dance until break your shoes.
⦁ Drink until you don’t lose your balance and if you lose it, it doesn’t matter.
⦁ Enjoy the weekend as if it were the last.
⦁ Have a good vibe always.(because everybody have problems, as a form of therapy, leave them outside and come in to enjoy with friends)
⦁ Dance like in Buenos Aires, “al piso”, without voleos and with very short steps because we have a beautiful place,
but it is not very big.
⦁ Hug in the most beautiful way because 1 tango it’s only 3 minutes.
⦁ Give thanks to life that we have the opportunity to dance.
