Seed and Soul Club is excited to host our 2nd Berkeley Swap!
---- About a Safe Event ----
- Please bring and wear your mask.
- Masks and hand-sanitizers will be provided.
- This is an outdoor event with plenty of space to move around and socially-distant.
- Please stay home if you are exhibiting, or were recently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.
- All refund requests will be honored.
- Serving refreshments in single-serve compostable containers.
- The organizers reserve the right to turn away attendees who violate any of our event-safety policies.
----- About the Swap -----
- 10am - 12pm.
- Your spot is secured through a paid Eventbrite ticket. Your Facebook 'attending' label does not guarantee a spot.
- Attendance capped at 35.
- Bring potted plants, cuttings or plant accessories.
- Plants should be labeled ahead of the swap with plant name and your name.
- Plants must be pest-free.
- Leased, well-behaved furry friends are welcomed!
The way the swap works:
You bring a plant ?, you get sticker(s) ?️ per plant, you bid for other plants ?? using that sticker, and you walk home ? with new plant. The more plants you bring, the more stickers you get! Learn more about seedandsoulclub.org/process .

- 12.30pm - 1pm
Stay for the optional workshop after the Swap to learn how to manage pests as summer looms around the corner.
---- About Leftover Plants ----
We donate leftover plants to local non-profits.
1) Chaparral House: Donated plants will be incorporated into their eldercare facility and grounds for the benefit of residents, staff and visitors.
2) Berkeley Food and Housing Project: Donated plants will benefit clients with diagnosed serious and persistent mental illness.
