Local Colorado homebuilder Berkeley Homes is slated to open its new sales trailer at Painted Prairie on Saturday, October 1, just in time for the third annual Prairie Harvest Fest! Meet their team at the event's Information Tent along N. Orleans Drive from 10 am to 3 pm.Berkeley Homes’ models are currently under construction and are anticipated to be open in early 2023. The sales trailer will be located at 6286 E. 62nd Drive in Aurora, CO.
The two-story alley-loaded homes will reflect a modern farmhouse and prairie aesthetic and pricing will start in the high $500Ks. The three- and four-bedroom floorplans range in size from approximately 1,750 feet to 2,500 feet and will include a two- or three-car garage.
