The Tavy & Tamar Apple group invite us every year to their Wassail in St Andrews church hall, which is opposite the Bere Ferrers social club. The wassail is usually done by flaming torches, with dance & music performed in the hall, along with a pasty supper. There is usually a small entrance fee to help cover this. The local singing group the Tavy Tars also make an appearance.
