Two eloquent champions of their respective instruments, fearless in their pursuit of engaging repertoire and fresh artistic adventures, unite for a lunchtime programme that spans an oceanwide expanse of musical styles and moods. MILOŠ sets the scene with the debonair Prelude to Mexican composer Manuel Ponce’s homage to Bach’s near-contemporary, the lutenist Sylvius Leopold Weiss, with Ksenija Sidorova’s accordion virtuosity enhancing their recital’s energy quotient with her dazzling Piazzolla reflections.

It is with great regret that Miloš Karadaglić (guitar) has to withdraw from Autumn performances due to an ongoing health issue which requires further treatment.
We are very grateful to Benjamin Appl (baritone) for stepping in, in place of Miloš, to perform alongside Ksenija Sidorova (accordion).
