This high-value leadership workshop is being conducted across the world to make participants realize their Self-Actualization needs and how aligning the decision-making with Universal Principles results into very high performance in personal and professional life of a person. Expected Outcome of SALDP Level 0

1. The Participant will know about the difference between Change Agent Change Leader and Self-Actualized Change Leader.

2. The Participant will understand why in the absence of Self-Realization the 5 types of defects get inserted into situation observation.

3. The Participant will understand the difference between belief-based erroneous observation vs the secondary understanding-based rational observation vs primary vision-based direct observation of truth of situation.

4. The participant will know 4-types of effects based on understanding of causes viz organic effect multiplier effect exponential effect and ripple or domino effect.

Outcome attainment / impact measurement technique

1. The participant will be given a Primary Observation exercise through a physical object followed by 3 exercises of one object each through mental objects followed by observation of own self. This exercise immediately makes a participant realize the errors in their observation due to which the right decision making is affected.

2. There will be 6-scenario exercises to explain how the Viewpoint of a human being is created. These 6 exercises are so powerful that it opens the gateway towards inner transformation immediately and makes a person highly curious.

3. There will be one guided meditation exercise which will give glimpse of Maximum Potential Energy Point of the Participant so that they can do self-measurement of their current potential levels rationally and honestly.

4. At the end of the workshop filling the Participant Impact Assessment Form (PIAF) will ensure that a participant can do self-observation and assessment on the 6-point Eternal Scale of Self-Assessment.

5. The workshop invokes the internal layers of deep questions about self and the understanding of others and the world which we will address through a one-to-one zoom session with each participant within a week of the workshop so that deep questions which matter won’t get unanswered.

About the Mentor:

Mr. Hitesh is the Founder and Chief Mentor of Defined Values Consultants and Author of Leadership book “Code of Citizen’s Conduct”. Prior to establishing his company he worked with leading organizations like Prime Group Maharishi Group Perot Systems MindTree Consulting GlobalLogic and AON Hewitt for 14 years in IT domain. There was something buried deep in his heart to channelize his spiritual energies towards development of his country and re-establish its status as Sone Ki Chidiya (Golden Bird) and Vishwaguru (mentor of the world). This inspired him to do a deep research on the ancient Indian philosophy and contemporary western organizational development philosophies to create a blended human and organizational development framework Self-Actualized Leadership Development Program (SALDP) which has best of both worlds integrated into the same.
