This practice is designed to guide you in managing your energy to step into your power.Sacred Ancient Movement is a pathway to connect with the timeless wisdom of our plant and animal ancestors, embracing Indigenous and ancient forms of movement that have nurtured the human spirit for millennia. Our workshop is built on four foundational elements: Release (fire), Embrace (air), Flow (water), and Stillness (earth). Together, these principles create a holistic framework for understanding and experiencing the transformative power of movement.
The evening commences with the revered cacao ceremony, an immersive ritual that awakens the heart’s deepest yearnings and nurtures a sense of profound connection to all beings. Our ceremonially prepared cacao, ethically sourced from the heart of the forest, serves as a gateway to introspection and unity, preparing your spirit for the journey ahead.
As the ceremony gently fades, the environment transforms into a sanctuary of expression through dance. This segment of the night is an invitation to let loose and express your innermost feelings through the raw, unfiltered language of movement. Reconnect with your ancestral roots, unlock the wisdom of your body, and embark on a transformative and magical journey of self-exploration.

Xochitl (So-chil) Kusikuy Ashe has been a teacher and guide in one-and-one mentorships, workshops, and ceremonies both in the U.S and internationally for the las 27 years. At 16 years old she became the first female of five generations of men to be initiated into the healing traditions of her Peruvian ancestral lineage. She is a Medicine Woman in the Peruvian Andean tradition and has worked with sacred plant medicines since the time of her initiation. For the past 23 years she apprenticed under her Godfather, a Mazatec Medicine Man of the ancient tradition of healing with the "Nti-si tho" "Santitos" or Psilocybin mushrooms.

He learned to transform his trauma into triumph, turn his mess into a message, and shift suffering into a song to heal himself and inspire the world. His live shows fuse storytelling and fierce Hip Hop lyrics, and his DJ sets offer a selection of Global Bass and World Beats intended to celebrate the power of diversity.
