Rich is living with advanced heart and lung failure due to pulmonary hypertension and existing heart issues since birth. He is currently being processed to get on the transplant list, then he will be waiting for a matching **heart-lung donor**. His journey includes extensive medical care, ongoing treatment, travel to Mayo Clinic, time away from work, and the many expenses that come with preparing for a transplant.
Through all of this, Rich and Melynda continue to lean on their faith and the people around them. They have spent years serving, encouraging, praying for, and loving others. **Now it's our turn to surround them.**
