Benefit Concert for Misericordia

Join us for an evening of music and community at the historic Colvin House as we host a special benefit concert to support Misericordia. Set against the backdrop of our venue’s timeless architecture, this event brings together local talent and supporters for a night dedicated to a truly meaningful cause.

All proceeds from the evening will directly benefit Misericordia’s mission of providing a community of care and support for persons with developmental disabilities.

About Misericordia: Misericordia offers a spectrum of residential placement options and a wide variety of programs for children and adults with mild to profound developmental disabilities. Their work ensures that individuals can live as independently as possible in a safe and loving environment.

Misericordia's Mission Statement: "The mission of the Misericordia Foundation is to support the mission of Misericordia Home – to provide a continuum of care and support for children and adults of all faiths and cultures who have intellectual and developmental disabilities."

About Colvin House: A beautifully restored 1920s mansion on Chicago’s lakefront, Colvin House serves as a creative hub and event space dedicated to fostering community and celebrating local history.

There will be food and drinks available for purchase at Colvin Cafe.

Event Outline:

• 6:30 - Doors open for Happy Hour! Food and drink are available for purchase.
• 7:30 - Tour of the historic mansion
• 8:00 - Wenonah Ryders perform sing-along rock and pop covers from the 1970s to today
• 10:00 - Event Ends

Food & Drink:

We have food and a selection of beverages (sodas, beer, and wine) for sale onsite at Colvin House! Guests can order from a limited menu each week. Proceeds from food and beverage sales do not go to Misericordia.

Please note that we do not allow outside food or drinks at Colvin Concerts.

Parking Info:

The first 15 cars can park FREE at George B. Swift Elementary School, just two blocks west of Colvin House (as space allows). Please come to Colvin House's back door (off Thorndale Ave) first to receive a parking permit from staff who will provide further instructions.

We also recommend The Malibu Condominiums (6007 N Sheridan) public garage, just across the street, north of Colvin House. This parking can be validated by Colvin House for $2.00 off.

Those valet rates are as follows:

· 1 Hour: $6

· 2 Hours: $10

· 3 Hours: $11

· 4 Hours: $13

We recommend arriving early if you need to park.
