THE BENEFICIARY Anna Meipariani Cellist · Born 10 November 2007 At the heart of this evening is an extraordinary young talent we believe in. Anna began playing cello at the age of four and is currently studying at the State University of Music Stuttgart under Prof. Conradin Brotbek. She performs on a Mateo Goffriller cello (Venice, c. 1710), on loan from the Landessammlung Streichinstrumente Baden-Württemberg.
Her talent has taken her across Europe, performing at festivals including the Rheingau Festival and Concertino Praga and earned her first prizes at the Antonio Janigro Competition, the Gustav Mahler Cello Competition, and Jugend Musiziert, among many others.
