Come sit in circle with women and dive beneath the surface! If you have trouble with small talk, these events are perfect as we provide a space for reflection and dive beneath the surface of our masks to connect from our hearts and bodies.
The theme for this circle is Sensuality! We will discuss sensuality and move through an embodied movement practice supporting you to deepen into your sensual self, embracing all that you experience - yum!
This is for you if you’re longing to belong to a community of women who value deeper connection, if you want to meet more sisters to connect with outside of your current groups, if you value sitting in circle (or are curious about it) and the medicine it provides. If you want to practice using your voice or simply resource off the beauty of sisterhood.
These women circle events will occur monthly, each event will have a prompt or theme and include a grounding process, a journalling inquiry, a sharing aspect and enjoying tea throughout the evening.
