Bendigo Health Research Week 2023

Bendigo Health’s annual Research Week will run from Monday 23 October to Friday 27 October 2023 and provides a program of interactive sessions designed to support staff in undertaking research and making health data meaningful.

Health service staff, academic and innovation partners and members of the community are all invited to join us for a hybrid program of interactive sessions each day during Research Week. The theme for this year is 'Making Data Meaningful' and we have a great program of fantastic experts discussing various aspects of research, data collection, use, and translation.

The highlight of Research Week is the Health Research Symposium scheduled for Wednesday, October 25th. The Symposium will be held in person at the La Trobe Rural Health School Clinical Teaching Building, 109 Arnold Street, Bendigo. There will be fantastic keynote presentations as well as examples of how our passionate clinicians are ‘making data meaningful’ to improve health care and health outcomes for our regional communities. Research Week sessions will be held from 12:00-1:00pm each day and you are encouraged to attend in person (feel free to bring your lunch!). The sessions will be held in Staff Hub 4D.08. A Zoom link will also be available for those who are unable to attend in person.

To register for a specific session, please select the corresponding date and click the 'Reserve a spot' button. Please complete the registration form making sure to indicate if you will be attending in person of virtually.

Note: registrations are required per session if you wish to attend multiple sessions.
