-Skill level = previous yoga experience helpful
-Plan accordingly-sunscreen, water, light weight clothing, beach towel to cushion knees, etc.
-Class starts promptly at 9am; please arrive early. Doors open at 8:45am.
-Participants receive a post workout complimentary brew.
-Bring a yoga mat (required/not provided)
-Participants must sign a waiver.
