Come join us at Bierstadt Lagerhaus for a unique experience of pairing two favorite things, yoga and beer! Get your calm on with an all-levels yoga session in Bierstadt Lagerhaus followed by a refreshing pint of craft beer and mingling with fellow beer and yoga enthusiasts!

What to Expect:

10:30am: Check in

10:45am: Meet n Greet the leadership team! We'll kick off with a mini meet n greet and then dive in!

11:00am Morning Meditation

11:15am: Morning Vinyasa from Root and Key

12:00pm: Meet & Mingle - stay after our yoga session to enjoy a cold beer and enjoy the opportunity to make friends with like-minded women.

Notes

-Please bring your own yoga mat and water for this indoor class!

- Wear your fav comfy workout gear to bend, relax and stay cool!

- Beer not included, however tap room will open following our yoga flow for us to stay and enjoy a drink! There is cider and N/A Beer as well.

About Root and Key:

Audra, a Registered Nurse and Yoga Teacher with a passion for wellness is the founder and owner of Root & Key. She is an RN of 11 years with 9 years spent in the ICU. Her personal life experiences have led her to a deep rooted lifestyle in holistic wellness. Her mission is to assist you using multiple techniques to reach and live out your optimal health goals and tailor these methods that work best for you, with you.
