Gather your community and join us for a feel-good morning at our Bend & Brew event on Sunday, February 9th, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM! This special 60-minute all-level flow class takes place outdoors in the beautiful beer garden at Mocama. Dress appropriately for the weather, and enjoy a non-heated yoga session team-taught by the talented instructors of Centred on Yoga.After class, stick around to sip on coffee or mimosas and mingle with fellow yogis in Mocama’s cozy coffee shop or brewery.
A Class with a Cause
This donations-based class supports Paramount Adaptive Riding Center (Paramount ARC), whose mission is to enrich lives, particularly those with special needs, through the therapeutic nature of horses. Paramount ARC provides equine experiences both on the ground through educational classes and mental health programming, as well as through mounted riding lessons for individuals with special needs and neurotypical individuals. They are the only inclusive riding center in Nassau County and proudly partner with organizations such as the Charis House, Gratitude America, and Wounded Warrior Project.
Donations directly support Paramount ARC’s horses and the exceptional care provided to them, including high-quality feed, bodywork, chiropractic care, routine veterinary care, high-quality farrier work, and more.
