Join us for a spectacular day of strength, community, and summer fun at the Bench for the Board: Summer Strength Carnival! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a fitness enthusiast, this event promises an exhilarating blend of competition and camaraderie in the great outdoors.
What's on the Agenda?
- Bench for the Board Competition: Kick off the day with our signature bench press event. Whether you’re pushing for a personal best or just here to have fun, this competition is for everyone! Starts at 11:00 AM.
- Highland Games: Experience the thrill of the caber toss, stone put, and more with our Highland Games exhibitions.
Grip/Armlifting: Test your grip with challenges designed for all levels.
- Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA): Watch skilled practitioners or try your hand at historical fencing techniques.
- Delicious BBQ: Fuel up and enjoy grilled delights as you mingle with fellow strength enthusiasts.
- Interactive Workshops: Throughout the day, participate in workshops and demonstrations that will improve your technique and deepen your appreciation for these strength disciplines.
