About the Event:
Bench for the Board (B4TB) is back! This free community event invites everyone - from seasoned powerlifters to first-time bench press enthusiasts - to showcase their bench press prowess.
How It Works:
Athletes are welcome to jump in at any time during the event to make attempts on the bench press.
We gradually increase the weight on the bar to accommodate various skill levels until all participants have had a chance to hit their best lift.
It's all about the bench press! No other lifts involved, just pure strength on display.

👉 All skill levels are welcome! Whether you're a seasoned lifter or just starting your strength journey, this event is for you. Come and test your bench press limits in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.

Friendsgiving Feast!
After everyone has completed Bench for the Board, stick around for ART's annual Friendsgiving Potluck Dinner. Turkey and brisket will be provided, and participants are encouraged to bring sides, salads, desserts, or beverages.
